Stafford Residents Face Charges After Fleeing a Traffic Stop

After escaping a traffic stop and a car chase, two Stafford residents face various charges. According to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office, a car pursuit resulted from a traffic check in Fredericksburg, Virginia. On Friday afternoon, deputies utilized intentional vehicle contact to cease the chase and arrest the driver and passenger. A deputy stopped a black Chevy Monte Carlo at Warrenton Road and Interstate 95 on Friday at 2:30 p.m. and discovered that the driver, Erin Brack, 37, of Stafford, had a suspended license. Another deputy arrived to assist. Both sought to identify the "unrestrained" front seat passenger, who was ultimately identified as 38-year-old Derek Primes of Stafford. Read more.
